The hand-grinder gives you an even and consistent grind size. The goose neck kettle gives you control over the speed and direction of your pour. And the drip scale allows you to weigh coffee, measure hot water and time the extraction. 

Because you’re a pro now, we’ve included a single origin microlot from Bailies in your kit. Microlots are small, limited offers of extraordinary coffees. They’re produced in small amounts and each one is only offered for a few months when in season.
