Coffee is our thing. It's what we're good at. It's what we do.
We only use speciality grade single origin coffees in the shop. A big part of what we do is showcasing different coffees from around the world, and we always try to have a range of different origins and processes that customers can choose from.
ROASTERS WE WORK WITH.
Bailies Coffee Roasters in Belfast are our house roaster and we choose a different guest roaster every month. We always have three different beans on espresso; one that’s paired with milk, one we serve black and a high scoring coffee from our guest roaster.
FOOD'S IMPORTANT TOO.
But it’s not just about the coffee. We all have to eat so food is pretty important too. We work with a small number of local bakers who provide us with a range of pastries, cakes and gluten free and vegan treats.
WE LOVE OUR FILTERS.
Before COVID-19 we placed a big emphasis on pour-overs and brewed with Chemex and V60 in the shop. We’re serving some serious belters that are brewed with a Moccamaster for now and hope to get back to hand brewing as soon as we can.
