AN ABSOLUTE CLASSIC.
The French press is an absolute classic. It’s great for brewing a large amount of coffee and it’s super easy to use. There’s no special pouring technique or messing around with filter papers. You simply weigh out the coffee, pour in the right amount of water and give it four minutes to brew. And that’s pretty much it.
We like this one when there’s a crowd so we’re using a recipe for a French press with 1 litre capacity. A good rule of thumb is 15g of coffee for every 250g of water if you’re using a smaller plunger or want to brew less coffee.
